Dental Claims Processing

DeCare’s claim process is fast and simple.

Members can submit a claim as soon as a course of treatment is complete either by post or through our secure online ‘Scan & Send’ system. They will receive a text when their claim is received and claims are processed promptly into their bank account.

Alternatively, members can visit a dentist on DeCare’s Direct Pay Network.

Claim processed. Benefit transferred directly to your bank account.

Pay for your dental visit as normal, then claim back your covered costs as soon as your treatment is complete.

Visit www.decaredental.ie/dentistfinder to find a dentist and check where Direct Pay is available.

When you visit a dentist on DeCare’s Direct Pay Network, DeCare will pay the dentist directly for the costs covered by your policy.

Pay for your optician visit as normal, then claim back your covered costs as soon as your treatment is complete by downloading the claim form below.

When you visit an optician on DeCare’s Vision Network, DeCare will pay the optician directly for the costs covered by your policy.
